Shipping and Returns

Every piece of Teepee Joy art is made to order. No warehouse shelves, no mass production. Your print gets made when you order it, which means it is fresh, intentional, and made specifically for your wall.

Shipping Rates

U.S. orders over $100: Free standard shipping. On us.

U.S. orders under $100: Flat rate of $6.95. No surprises at checkout.

International: We ship worldwide. International rates vary slightly by location but typically stay close to our flat rate. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Production and Delivery

Since everything is printed, framed, and quality-checked by hand, here is what to expect:

  • Production time: 2 to 7 business days. We print it, frame it (if you chose framing), inspect it, and pack it with care.
  • Custom orders: Add 1 to 2 business days for the proof step. We will send you a digital proof to approve before anything gets printed.
  • Transit time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

We are not able to control carrier delays, weather, or customs processing times, but we will do our best to help if anything goes sideways.

Report Damaged or Incorrect Item

We pack everything with extreme care, but shipping accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Just contact us, select "Report Damaged or Incorrect Item" from the dropdown, include your order number, and attach a photo of the issue. We will take it from there.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to open the box and think "this is exactly right." If that does not happen, we will make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size?

It happens. You can return it for a refund within 30 days.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you prefer to use our prepaid return label for convenience, the label cost and original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are final sale once you approve the digital proof. If the finished product does not match what you approved, or arrives damaged, we will reprint it. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us using our contact form. Select "Return or Exchange," enter your order number, and tell us what happened.
  2. If anything is damaged, attach a photo using the upload option on the form.
  3. We will respond with instructions and a return label if applicable.

Most return requests are handled within one business day. We are a small team that reads every message, so you will hear back from a real person, not a bot.
