U.S. Shipping Rates: We keep it simple!


- Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping.

- Orders under $100: Flat-rate shipping of just $6.95.


International Shipping: We now ship our art worldwide! While international fees vary slightly by location, they typically remain close to our standard flat rate of $6.95. You will see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout before you pay.


Production & Delivery Times: Since every piece of art is custom-made to order just for you, we do not pull stock from a warehouse.


- Production Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for us to print, frame, and quality-check your order.


- Transit Time: Once your order ships, please allow a few additional days for delivery, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Return Policy

At Teepee Joy, we take pride in delivering gallery-quality art, and we truly want you to be thrilled with your walls. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


Return Window : You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.


Change of Mind / Wrong Size: If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply decide the art isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it for a refund.


- Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


- If you choose to use our prepaid return label for convenience, the cost of the return label and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items: We pack our art with extreme care, but shipping accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we have you covered.


Please email us immediately with a photo of the issue.


We will provide a prepaid return label at no charge or send a replacement immediately completely free of cost.

2. Briefly describe the reason for the return. (If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo).


3. Our team will respond promptly with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
