Welcome to teepeejoy.com. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of teepeejoy.com and any related services provided by Teepee Joy ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If accurate color matching is important to you, we recommend requesting a custom color match, and we will send a digital proof for your approval before printing.

All products are made to order. We do not carry pre-made inventory. Production begins once your order is confirmed and, for custom orders, once you approve the digital proof.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Custom Orders and Personalization

We offer free color and character customization on most prints. Custom orders follow this process:

  • You submit a customization request through our contact form or email
  • We create a free digital proof for your review
  • You approve the proof before we begin printing
  • Once approved, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our capabilities or conflict with copyright or intellectual property laws.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are printed to order and typically ship within 2 to 7 business days. Custom orders with a proof step may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all undamaged, unaltered items. To initiate a return, email support@teepeejoy.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, depending on the situation, offer a reprint, exchange, or full refund.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, designs, text, logos, images, and website layout, is the property of Teepee Joy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially use any content from this website without our prior written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to you.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are made with care using professional-grade materials and printing processes. However, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Indemnification
