Yes, we sell complete framed art sets! To ensure both the frame and the print arrive in pristine condition, we package them together but individually protected within the box. This method prevents the art from buckling and protects the corners from damage during transit. Assembling them is incredibly easy and takes just a moment-simply open the back of the frame, place your art inside, and you are ready to hang!

Do your prints come framed?
Do you use Real Glass or Plexiglass?
We offer both! You can choose the option that best fits your needs when selecting your size:
Plexiglass (Acrylic): This option comes with a sleek 1/2" frame. It is crystal-clear, lightweight, and shatterproof, making it the safest choice for nurseries or kids' rooms.
Real Glass: This option comes with a premium 3/4" frame. This slightly thicker frame offers a more substantial, luxury look and the classic finish of traditional gallery framing.
What kind of paper and ink do you use?
We use premium, museum-quality matte paper designed to last. Most importantly, we use non-toxic, safety-certified inks. This makes our art perfectly safe for every room in your home, including nurseries and children's rooms.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We strive to match the colors as closely as possible. However, please keep in mind that every phone and computer screen has different brightness and saturation settings. Because screens are backlit and paper is not, slight variations in tone between your device and the physical print are normal.
Can I customize the art?
Absolutely. Because we design and print everything in-house, we offer full customization. Whether you need to change a color to match your sofa, add a child’s name, or tweak a design element, we can make it happen. Simply email us (support@teepeejoy.com) with your request before placing your order.
Do you sell Gallery Wall sets?
Yes, this is our specialty! Our Co-Founder and Interior Designer, Lee, has personally curated cohesive Gallery Wall Sets. These are pre-styled collections designed to take the guesswork out of mixing and matching. You can buy them as a complete set or shop the pieces individually.
Shipping & Production
How long will it take to get my order?
Since every piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't pull products off a dusty shelf.
Production: Please allow 2-7 business days for us to create your order.
Shipping: Once it leaves our facility, it typically takes an additional 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
I received a tracking number, but it hasn't moved yet. Why?
We generate the shipping label as soon as your order is ready for the final packing stage (usually 1-2 days after ordering). However, it may take a few more days for the carrier to actually pick it up and scan it. If you have the tracking number, your art is on its way!
I need my order ASAP! Can you rush it?
If you have a deadline (like a birthday or baby shower), please email us at support@teepeejoy.com immediately after placing your order. While we cannot always guarantee express shipping, we can often prioritize your order in our production queue to get it out the door faster.
Orders, Changes & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We hold all orders for 24 hours before sending them to production. Feel free to cancel or make changes (size, frame color, etc.)
After 24 hours your order has likely entered production or shipped. If it has already shipped, we cannot cancel it mid-transit. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your walls! We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you receive your art and decide it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The items must be returned in their original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack everything with extreme care, shipping accidents can happen. If your frame or print arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement immediately, completely free of charge.
Additional Questions
Does the frame come with hanging hardware?
Yes! All our frames come with hanging hardware pre-installed on the back. Once you place your art inside the frame, it is ready to hang on your wall immediately.
I am buying this as a gift. Do you include pricing in the box?
No, we do not include prices on the packing slip inside the box. You can send our art directly to a friend or loved one without worrying about them seeing the cost!
