Ordering and Customization

Can I customize a print?

Yes, and not just the colors. If a print is close but not quite right, we can adjust colors, swap characters, change sizes, or create new combinations built around your child's room and no one else's. No extra charge. No awkward back-and-forth. Just art that looks like it was made for your wall, because it was.

How do I choose the right size?

8x10 / 8x12 - Perfect for a shelf, nightstand, or small accent. Works well in a grouping.
12x16 / 12x18 / 16x20 - A versatile mid-size. Great paired with other prints in a set.
18x24 / 16x24 - A popular choice that works well above the crib or a dresser.
20x30 and up - Larger impact for a feature wall or a bigger piece of furniture.

Do the prints come framed and ready to hang?

Depends on what you choose. Our framed prints arrive ready to hang with hardware included, no trip to the frame shop needed. Canvas prints are gallery-wrapped and also ready to hang. Fine art prints are ready to frame in any standard frame.

If you want zero hassle, go framed or canvas. If you already have a frame you love, a fine art print is the way.

What if the colors look different in person?

We print on premium paper with professional-grade inks, so the colors come out rich, vibrant, and true to what you see on screen. That said, every screen displays color a little differently. If you are particular about an exact shade (and we respect that), request a custom color match and we will send a digital proof for your approval before anything gets printed. No surprises.

Will this still look good when my child is older?

That is the whole idea. Every print in this store was chosen to grow with your child. No cartoon characters that expire at age three. No trends that date by next season. This is art that works in the nursery, survives the toddler years, and still looks right when your kid starts having opinions about their own room.

Gallery Walls

How do I arrange a gallery wall?

We designed our sets to make this easy. Every set (whether it is two, three, four, or six pieces) comes in the same size, and each print was made to sit beside the next. No mismatched frames, no guessing which sizes go where.

For a two or three piece set, hang them in a row with 2-3 inches between each frame. For a four or six piece set, arrange them in two rows. Hang the center piece at eye level (about 57 inches from the floor). If you are going above a crib or dresser, leave 6-8 inches between the furniture and the bottom of the frame.

Do the prints in a set come in matching sizes?

Yes. Every set is designed with all pieces in the same size, so they line up cleanly on your wall. The colors, themes, and framing are all coordinated too. You pick the set, you hang it, and it looks like you hired a designer.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders are printed to order and ship within 2-7 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. Custom color orders may take an extra day or two for the proof step. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International rates vary slightly by location but typically stay close to our flat rate. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $6.95. No surprises at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all undamaged, unaltered items. If something is not right, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We will send you a replacement at no cost. Just contact us, select "Report Damaged or Incorrect Item" from the dropdown, include your order number, and attach a photo of the issue. We will take it from there.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom orders are final sale once you approve the digital proof. If the finished product does not match what you approved, or arrives damaged, we will reprint it. No questions asked.
