Can I edit details such as additional names, different fonts, colors, etc.?
Of course! Feel free to use each listing customization options. If you feel that the options provided limit you, let us know, and we will work with you on the required changes and share a digital proof. Small, minor changes such as name, fonts or colors are always free. A complete redesign may require a design fee.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Our products are usually shipped in 5-10 business days. Shipping transit is typically 1-5 days, depending on your location.
With that said, we do understand "emergencies" like a fast-approaching birthday. If you need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email, or chat, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do I receive a digital proof after placing the order?
We don't send digital proofs for general orders that stay within the listing options (colors, fonts, etc.). We will provide digital proof via email for custom products. Please add a note (when placing the order) if you would like to see a proof before printing.
What happens if I received a damaged item?
Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement. Please note that replacement items will be EXACTLY as the original item ordered. (size, design, etc.)
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Please add your gift note in the note section (cart page). Unfortunately, we cannot add a gift message once we send your product for production.
Where do your teepees come from?
All of our products are handcrafted in our family shop at Chicago.
Why is your teepee more expensive than some competing products?
Our teepees are made from local materials and by American workers, and we are 100% positive that no other teepee in the market can be compared to ours in terms of quality. We know that it comes with a higher price ticket, but we prefer to create quality products that can be enjoyed and last for years after the original purchase date. Can you buy the pillows, mat or any other of the additional items without buying the teepee?
Yes, of course! Please make sure to check the appropriate box to remove the teepee from the order (top of the page) and choose any of the additional items
What is the average turn around time for teepee orders?
Since all teepees are made-to-order, it takes few days to cut, sew, inspect and pack (depends on orders queue). Pre-Designed Teepees are usually shipped in 5-10 days and Custom Teepees can take a bit longer. Shipping transit is typically 1-5 days, depends on your location.With that said, we do understand "emergencies" like a fast-approaching birthday. If you do need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email or chat and we will do our best to accommodate. In most cases "rush requests" are shipped the next day.
What is your return policy on teepees?
We want you and your children to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch with us within 90 days of receiving your items, and arrange for a free return.We will send you a return label, and we can provide you with easy instructions for how to send your items back. We are happy to provide you with a full refund, or an exchange less shipping – whichever you would prefer. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a full refund less the shipping cost.
Do you sell a bigger or smaller version of the teepee?
Unfortunately, not. All of our teepees are the same size. 45" square, 60" high.
What age group is the teepee suited for?
The recommended age is 3 to 8
What is the mat made of?
The fabric is the same type of material used for the teepee (7-10oz, midweight, 100% cotton). The filling used is a heavyweight batting.
What is included aside from the tent itself?
The base price includes the teepee only. All other items are available to purchase but optional.
Can I mix and match between different listings?
All of our products are made to order so we can accommodate in most cases. You are welcome to verify with us via chat, email or phone call
Can I purchase panels that are wider than 54" or longer than 100"?
Yes, definitely. Contact us with your required dimensions and we will reply with a quote.
How do I hang these curtains?
We offer two heading options. Please make sure to choose the one you prefer in the product's selection section above.
Our recommended heading for kids and nursery curtains. With this heading, the curtain rod feeds through loops, like the classic tab top, but the loops are not visible as they are on the back of the curtain. Since the tabs are made of fabric, they slide quite well and don’t make noise. This heading comes with a pole pocket as well.
This heading type allows you to use clips and rings to hang your curtains. The clips are attached to the back of the curtains, so only the rings are shown in the front.
We don't supply the clips and rings. They can be purchased inexpensively in hardware stores or anywhere online. This heading comes with a pole pocket as well.
What is the average turn around time for curtain orders?
Since all curtains are printed and made-to-order, it takes a few days to print, cut, sew, inspect, and pack your order. Curtains are usually shipped in 5-10 business days.
Does your blackout curtains really block the light?
Our blackout curtains, when installed properly, can stop up to 99% of sunlight from entering a room and keep it dark. When installing blackout curtains, you can enjoy two more benefits: noise blocking and energy saving.
What is privacy lining?
If you don't like to block all the light from entering the room, privacy lining is a good choice. It blocks some of the light and adds a certain privacy level by ensuring no one from the outside can see inside.
I have my own fabric. Can you still help?
Of course! We are happy to help with any customization requests. We can work with your fabric or suggest fabrics if you can't find a material you like on our website.

Can I order swatches?
Of course! If you are not sure what to select and prefer to see the fabric in person, feel free to visit our swatches section. All swatches are free. Up to 4 fabric swatches and two lining swatches per order.
Please note. Fabric swatches ship in 7-10 days. We do not hold stock of swatches and print each swatch per order.
What is your return policy on curtains?
All fabrics are Printed-Per-Order and Cut-To-Measure per customer specifications. Therefore the finish product (curtains) cannot be resold to someone else. For this reason, curtains are not eligible for returns. We guarantee all curtains against defects in material or workmanship. In the event of a defect, we will repair or re-make the item at our expense.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If there is any doubt about what the fabric's actual color and texture are, we highly recommend ordering swatches before placing a curtain's order.
What is your cancellation policy?
In most cases, we process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If you like to cancel your order, please check with us via chat, email, or phone. If your order were not processed yet, we would cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
Area Rugs & Blankets FAQs
Do you recommend adding padding underneath the rug?
Yes. Rugs placed directly on the floor without padding can slip and slide, and a pad should keep it in place. You can find quality pads online for $10-$20.
What is your return policy on area rugs & blankets?
All of our personalized area rugs and blankets are made to order & cannot be resold to someone else. Therefore, our blankets and rugs are not eligible for returns. We guarantee all products against any defects. In the event of a defect, we will be happy to replace the item.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you find out that the shipping address provided is wrong. We can change the shipping address before sending your order for production.
We send most items for production in 12 to 24 hours to avoid any delays in shipment. We can't change the shipping address once the rug was sent for production as we use a printing partner.
I made a spelling mistake when placing the order. Now what?
Please notify us ASAP to find out if we can correct this mistake. We can only do it before the item is sent for production. If we can not edit it anymore, you would need to reorder with the correct spelling.
We copy/paste the information provided to avoid errors. If we made a spelling mistake, we would send a replacement item with the correct spelling.
Where is my order shipped from?
We design all blankets and area rugs in-house, and print using one of our exclusive printing partners to ensure superior quality and consistency. Our printing partners print and ship the orders directly to you from various locations throughout the United States. If you have multiple items in your order, they may ship separately. Local pickups are not available.
