If you feel that the options provided limit you, let us know, and we will work with you on the required changes and share a digital proof. Small, minor changes such as name, fonts or colors are always free. A complete redesign may require a design fee.

We don't send digital proofs for general orders that stay within the listing options (colors, fonts, etc.). We will provide digital proof via email for custom pillows. Please add a note (when placing the order) if you would like to see a proof before printing.

Since all of our throw pillows are made-to-order, it takes a few days to design, print, inspect, and pack your order (depending on the orders queue). 

Our throw pillows are usually shipped in 5-10 business days. Shipping transit is typically 1-5 days, depending on your location.

With that said, we do understand "emergencies" like a fast-approaching birthday. If you need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email, or chat, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

All of our personalized throw pillows are made to order & cannot be resold to someone else. Therefore, our pillows are not eligible for returns. We guarantee all throw pillows against any defects. In the event of a defect, we will be happy to replace the item.

Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement. Please note that replacement items will be EXACTLY as the original item ordered. (size, design, etc.)
