Of course! We can do different sizes or unique designs. Please get in touch with us here to describe your needs. We will reply to let you know if it can be done and provide a price quote. 

Since all of our throw pillows are made-to-order, it takes a few days to design, print, inspect, and pack your order (depending on the orders queue). 

Our throw pillows are usually shipped in 5-10 business days. Shipping transit is typically 1-5 days, depending on your location.

With that said, we do understand "emergencies" like a fast-approaching birthday. If you need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email, or chat, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement. Please note that replacement items will be EXACTLY as the original item ordered. (size, design, etc.)

We want you and your child to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch with us within 90 days of receiving your items, and arrange for a free return. 

We will send you a return label, and we can provide easy instructions for how to send your items back. We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, less shipping, whichever you prefer. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a full refund, less the shipping cost.

This return policy does not apply to curtains, custom-made products, or personalized items.
