We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For U.S. orders under $100, a flat-rate ground shipping fee of $6.95 applies.

 

We now ship our wall art worldwide! International shipping fees may vary slightly between countries but typically remain close to $6.95.

 

All wall art pieces are printed to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship (it usually ships sooner!), plus a few additional days in transit.

 

Return:

When will my order ship and arrive?

Since all of our wall art pieces are printed to order, it takes a few days to carefully design, print, inspect, and pack each order. 

 

Your order will typically ship within 5-10 business days (often sooner!), with an additional 1-5 days transit time depending on your location. 

 

We completely understand "emergencies," like a fast-approaching birthday. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us via email, or chat and we’ll do our very best to accommodate!

Do I receive a digital proof after placing the order?

We don't send digital proofs for standard orders that follow our regular listing options (colors, fonts, etc.). 

 

However, we do provide a digital proof via email for custom wall art orders. 

 

If you'd like to receive a proof before printing, please include a note during checkout, we're happy to help!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we'll gladly send you a replacement. 

 

Please note that the replacement will be identical to the original item you ordered (same size, design, etc.).

What is your return policy?

Wall Art Return Policy 

At Teepee Joy, we take pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality wall art. 

 

If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received your order. 

 

Customer Pays Return Shipping: 

Examples: Change of mind, incorrect size or design selected, or no longer needing the item. 

 

Shipping Fee: 

You're responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. 

 

We Cover Return Shipping: 

Examples: Received damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Shipping Fee: Teepee Joy covers return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label.

Can I update the shipping address or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Please contact us immediately if you notice that the shipping address you provided is incorrect. 

 

We can update the shipping address or cancel your order if it hasn't yet entered production. To avoid shipment delays, we send most items to production within 12-24 hours after ordering. 

 

Once your item has been sent for production through our printing partner, we’re unfortunately unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

Where is my order shipped from?

All our wall art pieces are designed in-house and printed by our carefully selected printing partners, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. 

 

Our partners print and ship orders directly to you from multiple locations worldwide, including various facilities throughout the United States and internationally. 

 

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. Please note that local pickups are not available.
