A flat rate ground shipping of $6.95 is applied to all stuffed pillow orders. We currently ship within the USA only.

Since all pillows are made-to-order, it takes a few days to cut, sew, inspect, and pack your order. Pillows are usually shipped in 5-10 business days.

If you do need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email or chat and we will do our best to accommodate.

Machine wash cold, use mild detergent, air dry only, do not bleach.

We want you and your children to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch with us within 90 days of receiving your items, and arrange for a free return.

We will send you a return label, and we can provide you with easy instructions for how to send your items back. Can you customize the design or size?

Of course! We can do different sizes or unique designs. Please get in touch with us here to describe your needs. We will reply to let you know if it can be done and provide a price quote.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Since all of our throw pillows are made-to-order, it takes a few days to design, print, inspect, and pack your order (depending on the orders queue).

Our throw pillows are usually shipped in 5-10 business days. Shipping transit is typically 1-5 days, depending on your location.

With that said, we do understand "emergencies" like a fast-approaching birthday. If you need your order sooner, reach out to us via phone, email, or chat, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement. Please note that replacement items will be EXACTLY as the original item ordered. (size, design, etc.)

Vibrant and beautiful!! Would highly recommend this product. Only reason for four stars is that it is slightly puckered between the wheels rather than looking smooth/flat like in the picture. Looks awesome in my son's firetruck room!
